The final session applies the concepts of stress, recovery, and breathwork in a hands-on, immersive environment. This unique experience, inspired by the training methods of Navy SEALs and big wave surfers, includes:
- CO2 tolerance training to build oxygen efficiency and stress resilience.
- Apnea-based drills to enhance adaptability and confidence.
- Mindset techniques to strengthen mental toughness and reduce fear.
We propose offering this session multiple times throughout the week to maximize participation and impact.
Together, these workshops create a powerful framework for coaches and educators to help student-athletes and performers achieve peak physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Blending research-backed methodologies with practical applications to ensure lasting takeaways for participants, we are planning on co-presenting these sessions, with Donna taking the lead on session 1 and Ricardo taking the lead on session 2.
