Hotel Block through conference sold out. You still may be able to book directly with hotel or though third party websites. If you do this and would like to take the conference bus please purchase bus tickets for each person planning to take the bus.

Hong Kong Is Back – and is busy in November 2023. Hotel rates are expected to increase. We have secured rooms at the Harbour Plaza Hotel. Our current rates are cheaper than current website rates but will increase closer to the conference. You are encouraged to book your hotel at the same time you book your conference ticket.

Optional Transport

Bus tickets for the two days of the conference from the conference hotel to HKIS are $30USD.

Those that book rooms though PHASE do not need to purchase bus tickets.

Bus tickets are not needed for pre-conferences if you are staying at the conference hotel.

Save With A School Pass

The school pass allows any PE/Athletics or Heath staff (and school leadership if they wish) to attend the online event for one price. In so doing PHASE can be a truly transformative engine for school learning around student wellness. Prices are based on student enrolment in the school.

Note: If a school purchases a School or a Group Pass, no refund or retrospective cancellation will be allowed for any existing individual or group registrations.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  1. If you wish to cancel your event booking then please email info@21c-learning.com at the earliest possible time and provide your booking reference or invoice number.
  2. An alternative attendee may attend subject to a $50USD administration charge. Please email info@21c-learning.com with your booking reference or invoice number and the full details of the changes to be made.
  3. The following refund policy will strictly apply in relation to any cancellations of event places
    • More than 60 calendar days prior to the first day of the event a 100% refund will be due less a US$50 administration fee.
    • Between 30 calendar days and 59 days prior to the event a 50% refund will be due less a US$50 administration fee.
    • Between 15 calendar days and 29 days prior to the event a 25% refund will be due less a US$50 administration fee
    • 14 calendar days or less prior to event no refund will be due under any circumstances
  4. Hotels are non refundable
  5. All refunds are exclusive of the 4% registration charge.

Registration Cancellation

If an attendee wishes to change from one event or course to another this is permissible at any time prior to the start of the event or course subject to availability. This will incur a $50USD admin fee.
If hotel bookings are included, these cannot be changed and are subject to the standard cancellation fees.
