Daniel Strange (施嘉朗) is an educator and sports professional with over 10 years of experience in physical education, strength and conditioning, and movement sciences. Holding a Postgraduate Certificate in Education and a Master of Science in Sports Science & Physical Education, he specializes in fostering DEI learning environments in international schools. Fluent in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin, he effectively connects with diverse student populations. In addition, having a professional background in basketball, invaluable exposure to the versatile dance world, and a growing interest in fine rowing, Daniel brings a dynamic perspective to his teaching across physical education and sports. Moreover, his academic research focuses on ecological dynamics and complex systems theory in sports, examining how environments influence human movement and learning. Currently, he teaches in Hong Kong, applying effective UDL strategies to enhance student belonging and engagement while cultivating physical literacy and enriching the development of sports talent.
