There will be daily bus service from the hotel to the conference venue and back again which will be exclusive for those in the official hotel.

Bookings for the PHASE rate must be made via the PHASE Registration site. Direct bookings with the hotel will be not accounted for in bus seats and you will have to make your own arrangements to travel to and from the conference
PHASE hotel rates should beat the rate offered by the hotel directly or other hotel booking sites. However, hotel rates do fluctuate so this is not guaranteed and we do not offer any price matching in the event of cheaper prices being available elsewhere.
Hotel bookings are non-refundable but you can change the name on the booking
Other services such as car transfers from the airport, minibar, etc are payable directly to the hotel at checkout.
