During this presentation, we will discuss the development of a quality, concept-based PE program.
Participants will learn practical strategies for building connections in adventure education, including techniques for facilitating team building and communication, as well as methods for encouraging reflection and personal growth. Additionally, we will examine how to adapt adventure education activities to meet the unique needs of elementary school students.
In this workshop, participants explore barriers that students face in PE. Participants will explore the three main principles of UDL that guide lesson planning, assessment, and instruction. Examples of best practice of UDL used in PE will be shared.
