This one-day course is designed to introduce sports and PE  teachers to the fundamental concepts and training principles of parkour/freerunning for use as part of a physical education class in a managed school setting.

We all know CSE within a school Health program is central to children and young people’s well-being - equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy and responsible choices in their lives - but implementation can be challenging. This two-day course aims to help you get over and through these challenges, equip you with knowledge of where to start, and insight into other likely issues and experience of strategies to accelerate your school’s implementation.

Music encourages children's inclination to move, aiding their muscle development, strength, and balance. And when the tempo/rhythm is very entertaining, it gets children moving vigorously and enthusiastically.

With this presentation we hope to share this transformative journey we have expereinced and inspire others to consider this approach and work together to form a community of educators that believe in the importance of developing personal wellbeing.

This is a practical gym/field-based workshop where participants can experience one teacher’s approach to using Meaningful Physical Education.
