Meet the Team Behind PHASE

The idea for the PHASE conference came from a group of Hong Kong PE Teachers who saw the need for a world-class conference in the Asia Pacific region. With help from the PHASE committee, 21st Century Learning is identifying trends, insigghts, potential keynote speakers and presenters, as well as designing an exceptional conference experience for attendees, making it an annual highlight in their teaching journey.

PHASE is an acronym based on the core areas that the community aims to bring together: Physical Education, Health & Wellness, Athletics, Sports, and Experiential Learning.

The Association for Physical Education (afPE) is the only physical education subject association in the UK.

We have been Canada’s premier professional organization for physical and health educators since its inception as the Canadian Physical Education Association (CPEA) in 1933. In 1948, it became the Canadian Association for Health, Physical Education and Recreation (CAHPER), and then the Canadian Association for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance (CAHPERD) in 1994. The 75th year of service to the profession saw the Association evolve to become Physical and Health Education Canada (PHE Canada).
