Hotels – PHASE

We have two hotels. The main hotel Cassia is where we will have early registration and the conference social. Both hotels will have bus transport to the conference.

The hotels are about 700m apart from each other.

We have a limited number of rooms at special rates at the hip Cassia Hotel. This is the official hotel that all speakers and organizers will be staying at. The hotel is a great family vacation location so if the timing makes sense feel free to bring your family, there are even two bedroom suites.

How to Book

When you book the conference you have the option (and will be reminded) to book the hotel. However, you can also book the hotel directly anytime outside the regular registration path

Notes:

Bookings for the PHASE rate must be made via the PHASE Registration site. Direct bookings with the hotel will be not accounted for in bus seats and you will have to make your own arrangements to travel to and from the conference
PHASE hotel rates should beat the rate offered by the hotel directly or other hotel booking sites. However, hotel rates do fluctuate so this is not guaranteed and we do not offer any price matching in the event of cheaper prices being available elsewhere.
Hotel bookings are non-refundable but you can change the name on the booking
Other services such as car transfers from the airport, minibar, etc are payable directly to the hotel at checkout.
Prices may go up without notice once our initial block of rooms is booked out. Book early to take advantage of these very special rates.
