Boxing Fitness For PE Classes is a dynamic and high-energy workout designed to improve cardiovascular health, strength, coordination, and mental focus. In this PE class, students will learn the fundamentals of boxing movements—such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and footwork—combined with bodyweight exercises and circuit training.
This non-contact fitness program promotes:
