  2. PHASE hotel rates should beat the rate offered by the hotel directly or other hotel booking sites. However, hotel rates do fluctuate so this is not guaranteed and we do not offer any price matching in the event of cheaper prices being available elsewhere.
  3. Hotel bookings are non-refundable but you can change the name on the booking
  4. Other services such as car transfers from the airport, minibar, etc are payable directly to the hotel at checkout.
  5. Prices may go up without notice once our initial block of rooms is booked out. Book early to take advantage of the special rates.
