This interactive session will give attendees the opportunity to be involved in creating a sense of belonging as part of a group/community/team. Participants will collaborate with others to identify relatable values, and experience some engagements aimed at developing team culture.

Greg will provide practical examples of what he has done to promote a positive team culture and environment in both the classroom and the sports teams he is involved with. A key aspects of this will include, how using a common vision and incorporating the organisations mascot can help individuals within a team feel more connected.

The presentation will offer opportunities to interact with others and reflect on the strategies.
