This interactive session will give attendees the opportunity to be involved in creating a sense of belonging as part of a group/community/team. Participants will collaborate with others to identify relatable values, and experience some engagements aimed at developing team culture.
Greg will provide practical examples of what he has done to promote a positive team culture and environment in both the classroom and the sports teams he is involved with. During the presentation there will be opportunities to connect with others and reflect on the strategies presented.
