Communicating consent is actually not as easy as tea, like the old comparison says, so join this session to consider ways to add depth and skill development to units focused on teaching consent. We will explore how skills such as analyzing influences and regulating emotions are integral to communicating consent by experiencing learning activities from a grade 8 unit: Communication Skills for Healthy Relationships and Sexual Health.
