This classroom-based session – don’t worry, there are no nose clips or wet hair here! Will look at how to introduce creativity into your aquatics program, how to build teamwork and communication. Syncronised swimming has a place at all levels in your program – sculling is a key skill for developing stroke technique! Keep your swimmers engaged and build depth to your aquatics program. There is so much more than just dancing in the water!
