Chris Grant is a Scotland-based mental health trainer with a background in international youth work, theatre, community development and parkour. He has delivered programmes across Europe, the Caribbean, the United States and throughout the UK, from Brighton to Shetland. Now specialising in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST), Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and workplace wellbeing programmes, Chris combines lived experience with professional expertise to create safe, engaging learning environments. Passionate about building suicide-safer communities and tackling stigma, he brings energy, creativity and passion to every training. His unusual career journey means no two sessions are ever the same, blending storytelling, arts and fresh perspectives into a facilitation style that truly stands out.
