Eniade Kabira Ajayi
I am an international Physical Education teacher, coach, and wellness advocate with experience across elementary, middle and high school settings. I currently teach middle school PE, coach varsity track and field, and lead elementary and middle school gymnastics. I see teaching as a gift to humanity and view movement as a powerful tool for shaping identity, confidence, and community. My work is rooted in creating inclusive, engaging learning environments where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to grow. My professional focus centers on culturally responsive pedagogy, student agency, and equitable access to meaningful physical activity. With a wealth of knowledge in various sports activities, I bring a holistic approach to physical education that integrates social-emotional learning, wellness, and leadership development. I am passionate about supporting educators in reimagining PE as a space of belonging and transformation, and my ongoing scholarly and professional work explores leadership strategies that promote inclusion, engagement, and sustainable change within diverse school communities.
