Eniade Kabira Ajayi

MS PE Teacher /MS CISSA Coordinator, Shanghai American School Puxi Campus

I’m an innovative educator and change-maker in the classroom, passionate about making learning real, relevant, and rooted in purpose. As a Health and Physical Education teacher, I use movement as a mirror for life, teaching not just skills, but identity, resilience, and leadership. With a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education from Northwest Missouri State University (Maryville, USA), a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to every lesson and learning space. My teaching licenses span both Nigeria and the United States (via the American Board for International Teachers), and my experiences have shaped me into a bridge-builder across cultures, curriculums, and communities. I believe the classroom, especially the gym is a training ground for life. Whether I’m coaching on the field, facilitating team building games, or designing inclusive programs, my goal remains the same: to recognize potential in every student and build capacity, especially in those who can easily be overlooked. At the core of my work is a heart for transformation, a passion for global education, and an unwavering belief that the least likely can become the most impactful when seen, supported, and stretched.
