Eniade K. Ajayi

MS PE Teacher / HS T&F Varsity Coach, Shanghai American School

I am an international Physical Education teacher, Track & Field coach, and currently completing my Ed.D at Arizona State University. I'm passionate about transforming how students experience movement, participation, and belonging in Physical Education. My work is driven by the belief that every student deserves to experience success, purpose, and connection through movement, regardless of their ability, background, or prior experiences. Through my doctoral research and professional practice, I explore how evidence informed pedagogy, teacher leadership, and collaborative inquiry can create more meaningful and inclusive learning experiences. I am particularly interested in supporting educators move beyond teaching skills alone to designing learning environments that foster confidence, wellbeing, student agency, and lifelong engagement in physical activity. As a presenter, I enjoy bridging research with practice by sharing practical strategies that educators can immediately apply in their own contexts. I hope participants leave my sessions feeling challenged to think differently, inspired by new possibilities, and equipped with ideas that make meaningful movement a reality for every learner.
