Aw Kai Yueh is a Master Teacher (Physical Education) who believes meaningful professional growth happens when strong relationships, thoughtful reflection, and practical classroom relevance come together. With over 20 years in education, she enjoys working alongside teachers to explore ideas, try things out, and learn through inquiry. Kai Yueh designs and facilitates inquiry-led professional learning across schools and networks, supporting teachers through coaching and Communities of Practice. She is passionate about helping educators grow into confident, collaborative leaders and believes the best learning experiences, for both teachers and students, should spark curiosity, agency, and joy.
