1. Nomination- Nominate based on Core Values by peers
2. Application- What does, “Respect” mean to you?
3. Interview- Coach meets with applicants.
4. Training- Meet with captain on a regular basis to discuss different scenarios which happen throughout the year.
Captains help create the culture which you establish as coaches. You need someone who can focus on the big picture and take care of the little problems, so you as a coach don’t have to take care of it.
