Join us for an interactive workshop focused on developing a school-based strength and conditioning (S&C) programme that goes beyond traditional approaches to focus on overall movement quality and long-term athletic development of students. Drawing from our first year of experience with a programme led by Imprimis Performance, which initially catered to our senior athletes, we’ll share insights on how to tailor S&C programs to various sports while prioritising individual needs.
This workshop will cover how to gain student interest, commitment, and consistency, ensuring your programme isn’t just a short-term effort but a sustainable, foundational part of your school’s athletic offerings. We’ll discuss how to incorporate functional training, mobility work, and corrective exercises to promote optimal movement fluency and stability, helping to reduce injury risks and enhance overall performance.
By the end of this session, you’ll have the tools and strategies to establish or refine a comprehensive S&C programme that benefits all students, not just elite athletes, setting a strong base for the future.
