This active, hands-on session features non-racket, rally-based games that develop physical skills and promote deeper learning through movement. Participants will engage in inclusive, adaptable activities that support hand-eye coordination, strategic thinking, and student agency while exploring key questions such as What is a rally? And how do you maintain one? Beyond skill development, rally games provide an authentic context for teaching concepts such as resilience, communication, conflict resolution, fairness, and inclusion. Through guided reflection and active play, participants will consider questions such as Why is fair play important? Should rules be adjusted to support everyone? And what matters more: winning or playing fairly? The session highlights how simple adjustments to rules, equipment, and challenge levels can ensure all learners are included and engaged. Participants will leave with a flexible toolkit of ready-to-use activities and variations that foster movement competence and conceptual understanding. Whether you’re new to rally games or looking to deepen your approach, this session offers something for everyone.
