I am originally from the UK, currently working at ICHK HLY in Hong Kong as a PE and Outdoor Learning teacher. Alongside my teaching career, I have played professional rugby for the past 8 years, which has given me a wealth of knowledge, experience and the opportunity to learn from some fantastic coaches. Supporting others to lead healthy, active lifestyles and develop is something I am passionate about.
