Richard Stockings
Richard Stockings is a dedicated educator with 30 years of experience in both the UK and international schools. He is currently the Vice-Principal for Student Wellbeing at the Alice Smith International School in Malaysia, where he focuses on integrating Wellbeing science with students' achievement in areas of their lives. Richard's career has been shaped by his passion for sports and wellbeing, using these as tools to inspire and engage students. He played a pivotal role in the Sports College movement, improving motivation and promoting healthy lifestyles through sport. In Asia, he founded High Performance Academies, connecting students with elite sports opportunities and utilising Positive Education to lead the whole school as Director of Wellbeing. Now in his role at Alice Smith, Richard continues to drive positive change, helping students to take ownership of their wellbeing, find purpose, and thrive. His mission is to empower others to achieve their goals and be the best version of themselves now and in the future.
