In today’s hyperconnected world, students are constantly online—but often lack the skills for real-life conversations. This interactive workshop helps middle and high school health teachers refresh their communication lessons to foster face-to-face connection, active listening, and healthy dialogue. We’ll also explore how sex education units can better prepare students for real-world relationship skills, including asking someone out, setting boundaries, and navigating breakups.
