Jo is a Registered Nurse from New Zealand with over 25 years of clinical experience, including 7 dedicated years right here at UNIS Hanoi. Holding a university degree in Nursing and active certifications in First Aid and Adult, Child, and Infant Basic Life Support, Jo brings steady, decisive clinical leadership to emergency situations and daily medical operations alike. Advanced Safeguarding & Care: Grounded in Level 3/4 Safeguarding credentials, Jo plays a critical role in the school’s multidisciplinary safety network, ensuring robust protection, early intervention, and informed advocacy for the entire school community. Jo’s overarching goal is simple yet vital: to ensure every single student from Early Years through Grade 12 has the best possible opportunity to learn by minimizing absence due to illness and fostering a proactive climate of total wellbeing.
