The Intentional PE Effect invites educators to pause, reflect, and reconnect with their identity, vision, curiosity, and purpose as teachers. Drawing on two decades of work with pre‐service and in‐service teachers across diverse cultures and contexts, Carolyn explores the evolving journey of teaching, a path shaped by learning, unlearning, and the commitment to stay the course even when it is not straight. This keynote contributes to the conference’s shared mission by highlighting how physical literacy, culturally relevant practice, and intentional pedagogy shape meaningful learning. At its core, The Intentional PE Effect reminds us that everything we value in PE; joy, confidence, teamwork, decision‐making, belonging emerges from purposeful pedagogical choices. It’s an energizing call to stay curious, reflective, and intentional throughout the conference and beyond.
