Today’s teens are anxious and stressed. The pressure to keep up- both in school and online- has led to a mounting mental health crisis in schools and universities worldwide. A focus on ‘positive prevention’ and healthy coping skills- rather than high-risk behaviors- can equip students with the tools they need to thrive. In this session, we’ll be discussing strategies and resources for teaching stress management skills both in person and online.
