Clarissa holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Psychology and is a certified MHFA™ Instructor with extensive experience in mental healthcare. She has experienced working clinically at the Institute of Mental Health and the University Counselling Centre at the National University of Singapore, providing case management and crisis intervention support to suicide cases and individuals facing complex mental health challenges. With a passion for diversity and inclusion, Clarissa believes that de-stigmatising the pursuit of psychological support is essential for fostering positive workplace well-being and culture.
