Dr. Collin A. Webster is currently a professor of physical education and the Associate Dean for Research and Innovation in the College of Education at the University of South Carolina. His research focuses on youth physical activity promotion, particularly through comprehensive school physical activity programs. With nearly 100 publications and over 100 presentations, Professor Webster is nationally and internationally recognized as a leader in the field. He previously served as Chair of the Department of Physical Education at UofSC, which has held the top ranking nationally by the Shanghai Rankings for Sport Science Programs for the past three years. Prior to his work in higher education, Dr. Webster taught physical education and health at Dubai American Academy. He spent his childhood attending schools in Karachi, Singapore, Nicosia, and Taipei.
