Cristina Bento
Cristina is a dedicated Physical Education (PE) teacher committed to promoting inclusive and engaging learning experiences. Born and raised in Portugal, she completed her bachelor's degree in Physical Education and holds a Master's in Teaching from University College London, UK. With over 11 years of international teaching experience in the Middle East, particularly in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, she has developed a deep understanding of diverse educational practices. As a PE educator, Cristina focuses on creating accessible learning environments for all students. By leveraging the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL), she strives to remove barriers and provide varied opportunities for students to engage, express, and represent their learning in ways that resonate with their individual strengths and interests. With a focus on nurturing a love for physical activity and promoting well-being, Cristina believes that every student deserves the chance to participate fully in PE.
