Dominique is a major figure in the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP). He served as the ECIS PE Committee Chair and manages collaborative online groups that design conceptually driven PHE resources. He actively conducts workshops and provides keynote presentations on systemic anti-racism, microaggressions, LGBTQIA+ inclusivity, and building balanced learning environments in international education. He founded the International Teachers of Colour network to support and cultivate pathways for educators of color.
