Currently in her 8th year with the Badminton World Federation and her primary focus is the Shuttle Time programme, which is implemented in 162 countries and has trained over 77,000 teachers, working closely with Member Associations and Continental Confederations. Additionally, she also led the Player Development & Dual Career, Development Communication initiatives, and support other projects working closely with Special Olympics, International Sport School Federation etc. Prior to this role, I was a national badminton player for the Malaysia team in my junior and senior career.

In this session, we will begin by practicing various feeding skills and techniques, emphasizing their application in midcourt and rearcourt play.

Session 3 – Shuttle Time Teachers Course – Badminton Skills & Technical (Part 1)

In this session, we will introduce net play and serving (short serve & high serve).

Session 2 – Shuttle Time Teachers Course – Badminton Basics & Feeding Skills

In this session, we will introduce fundamental skills for badminton like basic grip and movement, and also different feeding skills & technique (with & without badminton racket).

Session 1 – Shuttle Time Teachers Course – Introduction & Group Management

In this session, we will introduce Shuttle Time – BWF flagship school badminton project and also cover essential aspects such as the equipment needed to prepare for a badminton lesson, effective techniques for managing groups during badminton lesson, engaging & fun warm-up games to enhance agility and coordination.
