Jemima Fajardo, or Coach Mec, is a sports director, coach, researcher, educator, basketball lifer, and a fitness eenthusiast. She is a graduate of Bachelor of Sports Science under the College of Human Kinetics, UP Diliman, and just recently finished her MA Educational Psychology at College of Education from the same university. She had various experiences in playing and coaching as well. A teacher by profession, Coach Mec had teaching and managerial experiences in an all-girls private school for 7 years. Currently, she is the Sports Director at the University of Asia and the Pacific. She has been a Resource speaker regarding the importance of working out and exercising at home aired at ABS CBN's Kapamilya Swak na Swak TV and online show, April 23 - 24, 2021. One of her advocacies, especially this pandemic, is to conduct series of talks regarding fitness, workouts, and a little bit about nutrition.
