Jess Kekelis teaches Physical Education & Health at Suzhou Singapore International School and has spent the last 17 years of her career in East Asia, including Taipei, Seoul, and Suzhou. She will start the next school year at the International School of Manila. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she majored in Recreation and Sports Science and became a certified Recreation Therapist. Later, she completed her MA in Specialized Instruction at DePaul University & earned her Health and PE Teaching certification, which has shaped her approach to fostering meaningful connections with all students through movement. Outside of school, she’s a sports enthusiast who loves volleyball, lifting, and flag football. Beyond sports, she enjoys reading, cooking, and exploring!
