Katrina Baker
Katrina Baker is a Grade 8 Wellness teacher at International School Manila, where she brings over 22 years of teaching experience, primarily in middle school. She has taught internationally in Thailand, Japan, and the Philippines, and previously served as a MS Humanities teacher and Director of Service Learning K–12 at the American School in Japan. With a Master’s in Education from Boston University, Katrina is passionate about supporting adolescent growth through SEL, student agency, and belonging, and has presented on Mindful Approaches to Wellness in the 21st Century. She lives in Manila with her husband, two daughters, and their dog, Gus. Outside of school, she enjoys running, weight training, and traveling — and is always seeking out ways to connect well-being with everyday life.
