Nasrun is a Master Teacher at the PE & Sports Teacher Academy (PESTA) in Ministry of Education, Singapore. He believes strongly in the power of collaborative learning. He advocates teachers being critical friends and resource persons to one another through trying things out first, and then sharing them with others to invite critique) and then facilitating the new learning with others and inspiring them to try out new ideas. His pet areas are using narrative inquiry for professional development, affective domain and 21CC in PE, assessment literacy in PE and ICT in PE. He believes that every child deserves every teacher’s best effort in providing varied and authentic learning experiences regardless of their starting points and backgrounds.
