
Rachel Ford
Rachel has been teaching PE internationally for 10 years. She has dedicated the past six years to immersing herself in Early Years and Primary Physical Education. Through innovative approaches such as story-based learning, concept-based learning, games-based learning, and purposeful play, she has explored diverse teaching methods. Recognising the value in each approach, Rachel is eager to share her fresh perspective on teaching, blending creativity and skill development to engage and inspire young learners. Rachel was previously HoD & DoS at a Bilingual school in Hangzhou, China. Whilst completing her MA Education, she researched the expectations of leaders from her team, with a specific focus on cultural influences.
