Stacey Griffiths
With over a decade at Singapore American School and international experience across Australia, England, and Japan, I specialize in physical, health, and social-emotional education. I lead curriculum evolution by focusing on what lies within our sphere of control—fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and movement in an increasingly automated world. While AI can design workout plans, it cannot do the sweating for you; authentic physical and personal growth remains uniquely human. In my leadership approach, I enjoy drawing on practical tools like the Lippitt-Knoster model and Futures Wheel protocol to help teams navigate change together. I believe that thoughtful, lasting transformation happens when we support one another through small, intentional structural shifts. By focusing on everyday habits and clear communication, I aim to help colleagues feel confident as we evolve our programs to best serve our students' lifelong wellbeing.
