Growing up in a P.E. teacher family, entered Beijing Sports University and married a sports performance trainer, Susan has worked with coaches, P.E. teachers and youth for life long time. Holding a master’s in clinical psychology from Peking University, she is a certified counselor (China National Level II) and a FIBA-accredited sports manager. She integrates mental health principles, experiential learning with sports training to foster resilience, emotional well-being and purpose driven coaches and young people, empowering them to thrive both on and off the field.
