Holding a master’s in clinical psychology from Peking University, she is a certified counselor (China National Level II) and a FIBA-accredited sports manager. Susan integrates mental health principles, and experiential learning with sports training to foster resilience, emotional well-being, and purpose-driven coaches and young people, empowering them to thrive both on and off the field.
