Austin Bollinger is a certified K–12 Health and Physical Education teacher, licensed Physical Therapist, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with nearly a decade of international experience. Originally from California, Austin earned a degree in Kinesiology as a Fitness Specialist from San Diego State University, followed by a Master's in Physical Therapy from California State University, Fresno. Currently, he serves as a Senior Sports Physical Therapist in Shanghai, combining clinical expertise in sports rehabilitation with an individualized approach to injury prevention, lifelong fitness, and holistic wellness. Having lived and worked in Seoul, Hanoi, and Shanghai, Austin has engaged with diverse communities through coaching, presenting, and participating in wellness and sports.
