Vivian Eng is the Founder and Managing Director of Vivo Kinetics, a leading early years multi-sport and physical literacy provider operating across Singapore and Vietnam. With over 17 years of experience in coaching, educator training, and programme development, she is passionate about helping children build confidence, competence, and a lifelong love for movement through play. A former national athlete in both football and rugby, Vivian holds qualifications in Sports Science and Human Nutrition. She has designed and implemented Vivo Kids Multi-sport programme that currently benefit over 35,000 children weekly across more than 80 preschools and internaitonal schools. Her work spans curriculum development, coach education, educator professional development, and large-scale community and school-based sports events. Vivian has presented at conferences and workshops across Singapore, including the GoodStart Early Years Conference, Motor Skill Learning Conference, and educator development programmes for schools and organisations. She is particularly interested in the intersection of play, physical literacy, child development, and educator practice. Known for her energetic, highly practical, and interactive workshops, Vivian combines evidence-informed practice with extensive on-the-ground experience to equip educators with simple, effective strategies that can be immediately applied in their own settings.
