Shuttle Service: Complimentary shuttle to and from the conference venue (Shanghai American School, Pudong Campus) on conference days, with a final shuttle on Sunday, May 17, providing transport to the airport or back to the conference hotel.

- Bookings for the PHASE rate must be made via the PHASE Registration site
- PHASE hotel rates should beat the rate offered by the hotel directly or other hotel booking sites. However, hotel rates do fluctuate so this is not guaranteed and we do not offer any price matching in the event of cheaper prices being available elsewhere.
- Hotel bookings are non-refundable but you can change the name on the booking
- Other services such as car transfers from the airport, minibar, etc are payable directly to the hotel at checkout.
