In this session, we will introduce net play and serving (short serve & high serve). We will also cover the forecourt movement & net lift so participants have the opportunity to learn correct and simplified technique.

Activity can be delivered indoors or outdoors.

Note: Participants are required to complete the online component prior attending the face-to-face workshop. The participants are required to attend all six workshops in order to receive the BWF certification.
