Our deep dive begins in the shallow end by wading through some essential elements of meaningful PE – beginning with the framework and getting started in your context. From there, we snorkel deeper into an underwater world of implementation and application of new research findings that can impact your practice. As we progress even deeper, we’ll integrate pedagogical principles with key tenets of practitioner research to explore practical and applicable strategies for critical reflection and democratic principles. Delegates will have opportunities to explore ideas and applications with like-minded colleagues, engage in activities appropriate to their own school contexts and progressively dive into what it means to be a teacher-researcher.
