During the challenging times of COVID the PE department at UWCSEA East seeked the need to adapt our PE curriculum and include important elements of health and wellbeing. We focused on 5 pillars of Wellbeing: Move Well, Eat Well, Sleep Well, Belonging and Be Your best Self.
With this presentation we hope to share this transformative journey we have expereinced and inspire others to consider this approach and work together to form a community of educators that believe in the importance of developing personal wellbeing. Our aim is to see our students leave our programme with the competence and confidence to live a healthy and active life.
