To raise standards, we will discuss on curriculum alignment that integrates both international and local educational frameworks, assessment for learning strategies, relevance and accessibility for all students, skill development with a debate on the difference on sport focused verse skill development verse physical literacy verse mastery – what is the best model for effective progressive skill development?
Leadership within the PE department will involve empowering staff to collaborate on best practices, share resources, and support one another in professional development through continual professional development and when is it best to introduce Professional Learning Communities.
