This workshop supports educators in delivering quality PE experiences that enhance all students’ physical, social, and emotional well-being. Participants will reflect on the factors influencing their pedagogical decision-making using the “Why, What, How, and Who” framework for backward design in PE curriculum planning. Educators will develop culturally relevant and responsive approaches for inclusive, equitable, and supportive PE experiences by aligning personal and institutional visions with student needs. Practical strategies for intentional curriculum mapping and lesson planning will be provided to empower educators in creating impactful learning environments.
