I will go over how storytelling is important in Elementary and possibly Middle School PE. We will discuss different ways you can add storytelling into PE and why it’s important for movement. We will explore how storytelling is more than just reading students a story. We will talk about gamification and multi-level story progression games. I will teach go over movement books and how these student-led creations will help re-affirm movement and help students reflect on their learning. This presentation will be a mix of learning, moving, and possibly creating.
