Leadership Development Lead, Lalamove

Ada Tsang was a high school teacher for 17 years in Hong Kong. She takes actions to encourage and challenge her students to walk their dream and never set limit to themselves. Ada Tsang is currently Leadership Development Lead at Lalamove and is responsible for the Global Management Trainee Programme (GMT), guiding mentees to achieve their career and life goals. Her motto “Aim high, expect high, so you can achieve high” helps her to inspire not only her management trainees but also for staff across Lalamove. Ada was the first Hong Kong woman to reach the peak of Mount Everest in 2017 and lead the Chinese first women team summiting Everest in 2019 and in 2021 broke the world record for being the fastest female climber to reach the peak completing the ascent in 25 hours and 50 minutes. In 2017 Ada was named Leader of the Year (Education and Technology) by Sing Tao News Corporation as well as winning the World Outstanding Chinese Award (全球華人傑青) in 2018.
