Having taught in various international schools across Asia, I've had the opportunity to shape curricula to better align with the contextual needs of student learning. My commitment to continuous professional learning stems from the belief that by enhancing both knowledge and teaching practices, educators can offer more meaningful experiences to students. I have collaborated with a fantastic team to transform the curriculum into a more conceptual PE program, where content is not the sole organiser. I am in my third year of an EdD in Education at the University of Stirling. I am excited to research the perspectives and practices of elementary international school PE teachers, exploring how they navigate challenges and create opportunities for a conceptual PE curriculum.
