Currently serving as Director of Sport at XCL World Academy in Singapore, Nichola brings experience across physical education, coaching and athletic leadership in international school settings. Having worked in Australia, the UAE, China and now Singapore, she has developed a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges of sport within diverse international school communities. Working closely with students, coaches, families and leadership teams, her focus is on building positive sporting cultures that balance participation, performance and student wellbeing. Drawing on real-world experiences of leading programmes, managing teams and navigating the inevitable challenges of athletic leadership, Nichola enjoys sharing practical strategies that educators and coaches can immediately apply in their own contexts. She is particularly interested in coach development, student-athlete wellbeing and the leadership challenges that shape school sport.
