You’ll discover Why even positive excitement can sabotage performance and how to balance it, How to identify hidden performance triggers (from short-term anger to long-term shame) using the Emotion Matrix, and practical 3D strategies to turn emotional crises into breakthroughs.

You will learn the foundation vaults of parkour and how to combine them to create 'flows' of movement over a string of obstacles, which is one of the most exhilarating and enjoyable movement activities for young people - and for you!

In this workshop, we will explore a sequence of learning progressing Touch football from simple to complex games using a non-linear approach to deliberate play. How to vary the game form so the sequence can be used for non-contact modified ‘walla’ Rugby (Union) and tag Rugby League will also feature.

Welcome to the exciting world of Mini-Volleyball! This session introduces you to a modified version of volleyball: played on a smaller court with a lower net and no more than 4 players per side. The game reinforces 3 passes and ensures all players rotate around the court, focusing on fundamentals and rally gameplay.
