In this workshop, we will explore a sequence of learning progressing Touch football from simple to complex games using a non-linear approach to deliberate play. How to vary the game form so the sequence can be used for non-contact modified ‘walla’ Rugby (Union) and tag Rugby League will also feature. 

This interactive talk will encourage participants to reflect on our social identities and how these influence our decisions in the classroom and beyond.

Welcome to the exciting world of Mini-Volleyball! This session introduces you to a modified version of volleyball: played on a smaller court with a lower net and no more than 4 players per side. The game reinforces 3 passes and ensures all players rotate around the court, focusing on fundamentals and rally gameplay.

In this presentation, we will explore effective strategies for establishing and managing a successful Physical Education (PE) department in a bilingual school setting in China.

Sexual violence is prevalent across the world and breaks barriers of background, ethnicity, economics etc. The health and social impact for people who have been through sexual violence can be huge. It is important that we teach young people to be safe but more importantly not to harm each other.

Sports are undeniably a competition, by design. Winning or losing can mean everything. But should it? We can take a look at data and the philosophies that we can adapt as ADs, coaches, PE teachers, to make sure inclusivity, participation, and collaboration are at the forefront of our programs.

During this presentation, we will discuss the development of a quality, concept-based PE program.
